I offer training and consultation individually catered to the needs of the client. Trainings range in time from 1 hour to 2 full day workshops.

Trans+ Healthcare Conference hosted by the Northern Mosaic Network (2024): Taught a 2 hour workshop in Yellowknife on Advanced Gender-Affirming Care: Anti-Oppression in Action focusing on implicit bias, socially locating ourselves as providers, and building capacity for supporting people in ways that centre the dignity of the person and the right to self-determination

Tending to Trauma Conference hosted by Intersect Youth & Family Services (2024): Taught a 3-hour workshop in Prince George on 2SLGBTQIA+ Affirming Care: Moving Beyond Worry about saying the wrong thing and into more supportive relationship

​

Parenting Gender Diverse Youth Group in Prince George (2024): Presented a 2 hour lecture for parents of trans youth on "Questions Answered: All you need to know about hormone therapy & other gender-affirming care"

​

Gender Journeys Trans Adults Group in Nanaimo (2024): Taught a 2 hour workshop on how to navigate gender-affirming healthcare systems

The University of British Columbia: Okanagan Campus (2023)-  Guest lectured on gender-affirming care in the clinical context in a Masters of Social Work Class - Social Work and Social Justice. This lecture included a reading list which included peer reviewed literature in the area of gender-affirming care, as well as uplifted marginalized writers within trans and Two-Spirit communities

Langley Foundry (2023): provided a 2-day workshop on Advanced Gender-Affirming Care with counselling & management team ​

​

Community Action Initiative (2023): 

Provided 2 x 2-day workshops on Advanced Gender-Affirming Care with counsellors, community support workers, and other front-line staff working in immigrant & refugee serving and other non-profits' staff across BC​

​

Healthlink BC (2018-2019): provided feedback on "Baby's Best Chance" and "Toddler's First Steps" print resources from gender-affirming and anti-oppressive perspectives (through my work at Trans Care BC)
